1)How do I start the process?
Email or call us (casascareers@cox.net, 949-716-5910) with your contact
information or select a service and we will contact you upon receipt.  We will then
conduct a personal interview and complete a first draft. Upon your approval we'll
finalize your resume and send you an electronic copy or mail you a copy if needed.
 
2)How do I pay for my resume?
You can pay Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.  PayPal
provides a secure way to use your credit card within the banking network.
 
3)Can I fax you my current resume?
Yes. Please call us first at 949-716-5910 so we can switch over to fax mode.
 
4)How long does it take to receive my resume?
Typically, once we have the initial interview with you, we can have a finished product
to you within 3-4 business days. Please let us know if a rush service is needed.
 
5)What do I get free with my resume writing service?
You will receive a free reference list page, a sample cover letter, example thank
you letter, and a "Preparing to Interview" packet with the purchase of a Complete
Resume Service and a free reference list page and sample cover letter with the
Brush Up service all at no additional cost to you.

7)What if I misplace / lose the resume I purchased?
As we keep a copy of your resume on file in our data base, it is no problem for us
to send you another copy.
 
8)How do I receive my new resume?
Your new resume will be emailed to you in MS Word format.  We can also send
you a hard copy in the mail with your resume on a CD if needed for a small
additional fee.
 
9)I am limited on the time I can speak with you during the week.
Not a problem.  We will work around your schedule and accommodate you.  We
are open to evenings and weekends as well.
 
10)Do you write resumes for any industry?
Absolutely - We write your resume specific for your line of work and industry.
